Lohan is in trouble with the law again. She failed a drug test causing the actress to be called into court in Los Angeles. was intended to be in a 23-day stint rehab at Ronald Reagan Memorial Hospital. She had only served 13 of her 90-day jail sentence within the LA County Arrest before that. The rehab did not take. She was getting routine substance tests as part of her probation. She failed this particular one. Her fate is in the hands of a new judge. That person gets to choose what happens.
Lohan still failing her drug tests
For the latest failed drug test, a Lindsay Lohan jail stay was inevitable. The Lindsay Lohan Twitter page was updated last week with a post revealing to followers that she had failed a drug test, as outlined by The Guardian. Nobody knows where Dina Lohan, Ali Lohan or even Lindsay Lohan’s attorney were. Lindsay’s father, Michael Lohan, said he does not want her going to jail. He’d rather be going to imprisonment himself. Lindsay was denied bail by Judge Elden Fox, and she can be behind bars until her listening to on October 22.
Past difficulties
As a former child star, Lindsay Lohan was shown in 2007 in her first bit of lawful trouble. Lohan had to go to therapy, reports the Los Angeles Times, after crashing a vehicle twice while drunk. She missed some of her alcohol education meetings which the court did not like that much. She also tested positive for cocaine. She spent two weeks in jail then. After that, she was required to go to a rehabilitation program that was three weeks long. She was found to have ingested amphetamines during her mandatory substance screenings on her probation. Her detention until her listening to in October will last longer than the arrest portion of her sentence in July.
Judges are mean
Many are mad that she isn’t being given bail until her listening to. Her dad is one of these people. This is something that has to be done. Certainly nothing else has worked yet.
