Lohan is in trouble with the law again. She failed a drug test causing the actress to be called into court in Los Angeles. was intended to be in a 23-day stint rehab at Ronald Reagan Memorial Hospital. She had only served 13 of her 90 day imprisonment sentence in the LA County Jail before that. Certainly the rehab did not work. She failed a drug test during probation which was actually routine. She will face a judge, who will determine what happens next.
Another Lohan drug test failed
Everybody knew the outcome of probably the most recent failed drug test. Lohan would be anticipated to stay in jail. Lindsay Lohan told her followers on Twitter, as outlined by The Guardian, that she had failed an additional drug test. Lindsay Lohan’s attorney was not anywhere to be seen. Neither was Dina Lohan or Ali Lohan. Lindsay’s father, Michael Lohan, said he does not want her going to arrest. He’d rather be going to arrest himself. Lindsay was denied bail by Judge Elden Fox, and she could be behind bars until her hearing on October 22.
Past problems
As a former child star, Lindsay Lohan was shown in 2007 in her first bit of lawful trouble. Lohan was drunk and crashed an auto twice during that time, states the Los Angeles Times. This is why she had to start going to therapy. The court determined she did not comply fully by missing alcohol education meetings. At that exact same time she was given substance tests. She was optimistic for cocaine. She went to a three week rehabilitation program after being in jail two weeks. The terms of her probation involved mandatory drug screenings, and she was found to have ingested amphetamines. Her July arrest sentence will not have compared to how long she could be in imprisonment until October now.
Courts aren’t being fair to her
Her father, and others, have decried the denial of bail until her listening to. This is something that has to be done. Certainly nothing else has worked yet.
